This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through PromptMax at promptmax.io, operated by Code4Ads Ltd. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
1. Refund on Unused Credits
Credits are made available immediately upon purchase and are consumed as your batch jobs run. Used credits are non-refundable, as the underlying computational costs have been incurred on your behalf.
If you have unused credits remaining in your balance, you may request a refund of the unused portion within 30 days of the original transaction date. By purchasing credits you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
If you have a genuine issue with the quality of your results or a technical problem with the service, please contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
2. Statutory Rights
If you are based in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. By proceeding with a top-up you acknowledge that credits are made available immediately and consent to waive this withdrawal right for any credits already consumed. Your statutory rights for unused credits remain unaffected.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your account email address and your Paddle order or receipt number. You can also reply directly to your Paddle payment receipt email.
We will process your request promptly. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle.com and returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
